Plan Would Protect Homes, Limit Development

The Miami-Dade Regulatory and Economic Resources Department has posted a Recommendations Report for Ludlam Trail Corridor Application #9 for Commission Districts 6 and 7.  It calls for a continuous trail for the entire 5.8 miles of the corridor, with no development behind single-family homes. Any commercial use of the property would be clustered on either side of the four primary streets that cross the corridor. Community Councils 8, 10 and 12 will be reviewing and voting on the application at their meetings this month. To review the 178-page document, please click here.
